Okay I know not all of you guys have internet connection at all times or just wanna try new stuff vs practice bots, so here is the full tutorial.

1) First you have to enable -console in the launch options of Dota 2 in Steam settings. Just type "-console" without quotes in the text box of launch options (Default key for console is "`").

2) Then start Steam in Offline mode(not necessary but wouldn't hurt)

3) In the console which appears over the "Connecting to Dota 2 network" type the following commands, hitting enter after each one.

dota_start_ai_game 1

dota_bot_set_difficulty 0/1/2/3 (For the true enthusiast :D )

Introduction   

The Android architecture does not allow to start communication from the Android to the host through the USB cable.The opposite is possible, using the Google "Android Debug Bridge" (ADB in short).    

This tool will act as a tunnel between the Android client application and the host server. It is a software implementation of a router doing IP port forwarding.

On the Host part, you have to declare the ports you want to be opened on the Android and the tunnel will transfer communications between the android and the host. The host can be any server on the network or your local host. 

Prerequisits   

• Enable "Usb debuging" on your Android : Go to parameters / Applications / Development and check  "Usb debuging" 
• Install "Usb Tunnel" on your Android (see donwnload link on top of the article) or from the market :
   

• Install the host windows application (see download link on top of the article) or this skydrive link or this GDoc link   
• On the configuration panel, enter the path to the ADB program. ADB is part of the Android SDK. The installation includes the minimum files required.
• Add tunnels. Each tunnel is composed of a name, an Android port (low port like 80 can't be used), a host IP and a host port (can be different from the android port)  

 

HTTP proxy 

If Tethering is a technology that allows you to use the mobile internet connection on your PC, this tool gives you the opposite. It's a sort of Reverse Tethering.   

You can now surf on your mobile (using the internet connection on your PC) through the Usb tunnel and via a proxy. 

If you are on a company network, ask your administrator what IP adddress and port he is using for the proxy. In some cases it can be the default gateway (run ipconfig command at the DOS prompt to find out what the default gateway is). 

If you are on a private network and you have no clue about the proxy adress and port, you can use a public proxy (do search for "Public proxy" on the internet). To help you out, here is link to a list of proxies. 

Another possibility is to install a local http proxy server like squid.  

Step 1 : configure the windows part. Since low ports can't be used, you should use a different high port for the android and another port for the host.

Step 2 : Connect he USB cable (of course).  Click the refresh button to display your device in the device list then click connect. The Android Usb tunnel service will start in the background. A connection icon will be added on the notification pannel.  

Step 3 : Setup your browser to use a proxy. Depending on the version of your Android OS, it's possible to define a http proxy in the advanced wifi settings menu (Not tested, available in some Android, but not all). 

Normal Chrome browser

• I didn't find a way to get it working. Forget about TransparentProxy, ProxyDroid or AsProxy. that require Root and don't work  

Opera mobile 

• Enter opera:config in the address bar 
• Expand the proxy line  
• HTTP server : 127.0.0.1:8080  
• HTTPS server : 127.0.0.1:8080  
• Use HTTP : checked 
• Use HTTPS : checked 
• Click "Save" 

Firefox Mobile

• Enter about:config in the address bar 
• In the search filter (below address bar), enter "proxy"
• Set network.proxy.http to 127.0.0.1 
• Set network.proxy.http_port to 8080  
• Set network.proxy.type to 1 (Manual). Default is 5 (system)  

Skyfire

•  I didn't find a way to get it working. 

Step 4 : Enjoy! enter any URL on your browser. Your firewall may detect that AndroidTool.exe is trying to access the internet. Give him the rights to access the proxy.

I am going to tell you about a simple trick that will help you to Share PC Internet connection that you used to connect with your LAN, with yourAndroid phone using USB that is also known as reverse tethering. Now the first question that will strike in your mind is that what is need of this trick if I can simple Share PC Internet Connection using Connectify or any other software and then simply use that on my android phone by connecting to that WiFi. What is Tethering?

Basically if you use Android phone you will be much aware of this term. Tethering is a process to share internet connection of your Android phone with your PC. Tethering can be done in two ways.

1.) Via USB

2.) Via WiFi

When you tether your internet connection on Android phone through USB then it is known as USB tethering. And when you tether your internet connection on Android phone through WiFi then it is known as WiFi hotspot.

As i told you previously that if you have WiFi router or WiFi laptop at your home, then you can easily connect to internet using your Mobiles WiFi. But if you neither having WiFi router nor WiFi laptop. Then you can’t share you Internet connection with your phone.

What is Reverse Tethering?

Reverse tethering i s a process that allows your android phone to connect to the internet of PC using USB. The process is reverse of USB tethering, that’s why it is known as Reverse Tethering.

 Requirements

1.) Rooted Android Phone with Superuser installed.

2.) A desktop or laptop with working internet connection.

3.) USB drivers of your Android Phone.

Steps For Reverse Tethering

1.) Enable USB debugging in your Android Phone by going Settings>>Application>>Development>>USB Debugging.

2.) Install the drivers of your android phone and connect it to your PC with USB.

3.) Download latest Reverse Tethering Package by clicking following link.

5.) Now navigate inside the extracted folder and you will see a file named as AndroidTool.exe.

6.) Run AndroidTool.exe and click on Refresh Button that will be given in front of Select a device.

7.) The device connected to the PC will be shown in the spinner in front of Select a device. Choose your Android device from there.

8.) After you select your device in the spinner. Just click on connect. This will install the required files needed for reverse tethering in your android phone.

9.) Now superuser will ask you for your permissions to use USB tunnel. Just allow this.

10.) If this prompt will not come by itself just open the USB Tunnel application installed on your phone. It will now ask for superuser permissions.

Now if all goes right you will be able to Share PC Internet Connection and access on your android phone.

On-stream following files will be necessary for you:

- PPModd. There are two parts of it. First part and second part. After downloading you

should unpack archives and move all files and folders from the second part to the first

part.

- WinHex. You can find it in internet.

I’ll show you main steps and I won’t explain you what buttons you should click. I think you’re

not beginner in using computer. :-)

Main steps:

1. Open PPModd. Open in the program PPM of your phone firmware. Open “PPM in that VFNT”. And the steps from 2 to 8 you must make for all subsections of “VFNT”, but don’t make anything with first and last subsections (for example in PPM of Nokia 6233 you mustn’t make changes in subsections “DIGI” and “OPTI”)

 

2. Press copy on the subsection

3. Open Notepad and press Ctrl+V (paste)

4. Open font you want to change in WinHex. Mark all (Ctrl+A) and copy in Hex Values.

5. Return to the Notepad and mark parameter “DUMP” without first 16 numbers

And press Ctrl+V (paste)

6. Now mark all in notepad (with changes) and press Ctrl+C (copy). Return to PPModd and

delete subsection which you changed in previous steps

7. Click right button of mouse on “VFNT” and choose “Paste”

8. Your new font will appear as last subsection. Now you must rise it on the place where it

has been before (look at the pictures)

9. When you’ll make all steps for subsections, press “Create PPM” and save it somewhere.

Now you can flash your phone with changed PPM :-)

How To?
Connect the Data Card with BSNL/MTNL SIM Card inserted to the system & install the software.
Let the System install the drivers for the Hardware.
After completition Restart the PC.

After Restart Close the application which modem installed if it is running, Go to the installed directory of the application which
usually looks like this "C:\Program Files\BSNL 3G Data Card\BSNL 3G\BSNL 3G.exe " and change it's file type from executable
to something like 'BSNL 3G.Backup'. (Note: It may be different in case of MTNL data card).

Go to Control Panel > Select Phone & Modems > Select the Required Modem (e.g. HSPA DataCard.) > Go to Properties of
that Modem > Select Advance TAB & insert Extra Initialization Command (AT+CGDCONT=1, "IP", "APN"). Press OK. (Replace
the "APN" with your new Sim Card Mobile Operator's APN). You can find more information on this below.

Now Select Network Connections in Control Panel.
Click on "Create new Network".
A wizard will start up. Click next.
Select "Connect to Internet". Click next.
Select "Set up my connection manually". Click next.
Select "Connect using a Dial-up Modem". Click next.
Select Your Modem. Click next.
ISP Name: (Any name could be written). Click next.
Phone Number: *99#. Click next.
Replace the "*99#" with your Mobile Operator Phone Number. You can find this information below.
Leave User Name, Password, and Confirm Password fields blank. Click next.
Click on "Add a shortcut to Desktop". Click on Finish.

Disconnect the data card and replace the BSNL/MTNL SIM Card with the mobile operator's SIM Card of which you entered
the APN before.
Connect the data card again and wait for the green light to glow.
Now you can connect to the internet by double clicking the shortcut of the new dial-up connection we made.
